Administration Assistant - Full Time

Second Skin is a Perth based company, designing and manufacturing medical garments.  We are looking for a full time administration assistant to join our busy team for an immediate start. 

This position is open to someone with experience in administration and customer service roles and ready for a new and challenging direction. It is a great opportunity to use your technical, communication and teamwork skills and really make a difference! 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparation & data entry of quotes, orders, invoices & consignment notes
  • Assisting with processing, dispatching and delivery of medical garments
  • Liaising with internal and external customers in written and verbal form
  • General administrative duties 

Education and Qualifications

You will be tertiary qualified in Business Administration or have experience/ training in this area

To be successful

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration role (NDIS or health industry highly regarded)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new software
  • Have a "can do" attitude and a focus on providing excellent service to both our internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to be flexible within your team
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of verbal, written communication, interpersonal skills and fluent in English
  • Experience in logistics desirable
