Experienced Plant Operators

LabourCo are seeking applications from suitably qualified Plant Operators & Heavy Vehicle drivers to join our Labour Hire team of experienced operators to service our clients in the Tamworth area.

To be considered for the positions, applicants must have a heavy vehicle licence (minimum HR) proven 3 years experience working on civil construction sites with competency to operate excavator, rollers, graders, backhoe, skid steer & front-end loaders.

Your application must address your proven experience, with 3 recent employment references, in Civil Construction and/or Road Construction & Maintenance. To be considered for the positions you will need to be:

• Reliable  able and willing to commit to early starts and possible ongoing placements.

Essential Skills required:

You must possess the following skills and current qualifications at a minimum in order to be considered:

• WHS White Card
• Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR minimum)
• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy plant operations in Civil Construction
• Experience with storm water pipes, water mains, culverts
• Able to pass pre-employment functional assessment which includes mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
• National Police Check
• Work Near Overhead Powerlines

• Cert 3 in Civil Construction
