Excellent Pay Rates Starting At $40 Per Hour + Super, Long Term Positions, Large Scale Commercial.Austcorp are recruiting for 4 Commercial Maintenance Plumbers to join the team of our client based here in Perth. Our client are industry leaders in the plumbing field, offering a service agreement to all of the buildings that they are involved in the construction of.
  
This role will cover all aspects of maintenance works on commercial buildings around the Perth Metro area.
  
Key Skills & Experience

• The ability to professionally liaise with clients & facilities managers
• Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the maintenance plumbing space
• Previous commercial maintenance experience
• Backflow Device Experience
• Experience with Blocked Drains
• Gas and Water Leaks
• Hot Water Systems
• Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Pump Systems
• Reactive
• Roof Leaks
• Servicing
• Thermostatic Mixing Valves

The successful applicant will need the below criteria:

• WA Plumbing Licence
• Tools
• White card 
• EWP & working at heights tickets/licences are highly advantageous but not essential
