Our company is a family owned National manufacturing business producing a range of outdoor and window furnishing products. Due to growing demand we have an immediate opportunity for experienced workers within the blind manufacturing industry to join our high performance team. We have a range of positions available including; Factory Hand and Warehouse/ Forklift Operator. This is a factory based role at our facility in Dry Creek. Ozroll is also looking for an office cleaner. 

Skills and competencies required to succeed for the factory based positions:

• Able to use hand and air tools
• An ability to work at a steady pace and maintain a very high standard of work
• Ability to work independently, as well as contribute as a team member
• Excellent work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Physically fit and able to lift 20kg
• Adhere to all company and WHS policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Must be available Monday - Friday until 3pm
