Burnett Country Certifiers is the regions pre-eminent building certification practice. We issue building approvals and carry out inspections for all types, sizes and locations of projects. We are seeking to employ an administration assistant to assist with the rapid growth of our business that has occurred over the last few years and is continuing in that direction. Age or gender will not be a barrier to being appointed to this position but the ideal applicant will have, as a minimum, a Certificate III in Business and/or Business Administration or equivalent. This is a permanent full time position based in our Bundaberg office.

The successful applicant will require the following

  • Commitment to developing a successful long term career in our business.
  • A competent level of computer skills with regard to Microsoft Office and in particular data entry.
  • A current unrestricted C Class license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicating skills and an outgoing personality including a sense of humour.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • A fast learner that is driven, honest, reliable, trustworthy and has the desire to advance the business.

Experience in office administration/receptionist duties would be a pre-requisite.
