Administration Team Leader

The District Nurses (TDN) has been delivering in home community health care to Tasmanians for over 120 years maintaining a primary healthcare focus in all our services. The District Nurses is a not for profit, charitable organisation that is not affiliated with any residential age care service or religious organisation.

TDN is seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader with the appropriate professional experience to join our team.

Common responsibilities of the role are:

  • Provide day to day management, coordination and leadership to the Administration, Reception and Scheduling Team statewide.
  • Oversee an efficient and effective service delivery via TDN's client management system
  • Proactively encourage a continuous improvement culture by investigating incidents, feedback and complaints, conducing audits and managing employee performance.
  • Oversee TDN's Contractor management data set

The Successful applicant will have the following;

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High level computer skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a high demand environment
  • A can do approach to work

 Applicants must have the following:

  • Current national police check
  • Current working with vulnerable people (Employee)
  • Willing to undertake a Pre-employment medical
