We are seeking multiple Service Support Centre (SSC) Consultants to work in a B2B contact centre environment, supporting our national retail network and on-site technicians. These are project-based roles for a6 week period, with an ASAP start date. .
Location: Granville, near Clyde railway station, Granville station and Parramatta.
Provide excellent customer service to all of Tabcorp's customers
Resolve product or service problems in line with process and procedures
Ensure process, procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to in delivering timely and accurate customer support
Manage a high volume of calls
Adhere to KPI's
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role essential
Problem solving and attention to detail
Excellent customer service, with good verbal and written communication skills
Compliance focused, with strong listening skills and a team mentality
Ability to adapt to evolving customer and business requirements
