Our Client Services team is an essential part of the firm, and this role will feature a range of diverse projects for the right candidate to play a proactive part in.

As a Client Service Assistant, your role will be to support our high performing teams. Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the integrity of our client data-base within various platforms
  • Provide efficient client and general administration support to the Partners, Managers and team members
  • Utilising the ATO tax agent, ASIC & Equifax portals
  • ATO & ASIC compliance including but not limited to monitoring the firm tax lodgement reporting requirements
  • Interpret client group structures and relationships
  • Preparing letters and email correspondence
  • Assisting with quality control checks
  • Report and compliance collations
  • Assisting with the monthly finance tasks including but not limited to preparation of invoices and debtor management
  • Coordinating and assisting the marketing team with internal and external firm events
  • Contributing in ad hoc projects including process improvement and streamlining administrative responsibilities


We are seeking someone who is tenacious, organised, friendly, approachable and able to work to a deadline. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ideally have 2 years experience in a professional services firm
  • Flexibility with hours for the right person
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • The ability to prepare professional correspondence and presentations
  • Flexibility in response to changing priorities and the ability to think on their feet
  • A willingness to take on any task which supports the efficient and effective running of day to day operations
