This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis to work on upcoming retail fitout projects

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Management and leadership of project
• Manage site-based team
• Project programming
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Attending client meetings and handling negotiations
• Keep track of progress to report back to Senior Management

Experience/Skills required:

• Degree in Construction Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager for a Commercial Fitout Builder in Melbourne
• Experience successfully managing retail fitout projects in the range of $1-10M
• Proficiency in either Jobpac or Cheops
• A strong background in live environment projects
• Strong verbal and written skills
