The Opportunity

We are looking for a top-notch Customer Service Advisor with a passion for customer service to further compliment our team.  We are committed to creating an incredible experience for all our brands.

Our Service Department is a busy and energetic environment with a constant flow of customers seeking your help & guidance.  Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless service experience by promptly attending to their needs and ensuring they are delivered an extraordinary level of service.

The Role:

• Greet visitors to the Service Department
• Work with the workshop controller to ensure the vehicle is ready on time
• Advise the customer of any required work
• Keep the customer informed during the day
• Hand the car back to the customer and explain the work completed
• Make future service bookings
