Our South Nowra Office has an exciting opportunity available. We are looking for a full-time reception administrator to join our growing and friendly team. Being the first voice our clients hear you will be confident, helpful, engaged, and willing to help.


This fast-paced role offers variety and is a great opportunity for a vibrant candidate who has a proven track record in administration, team orientated and a 'can do' approach, and an ambition to succeed.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:                 

  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Data entry
  • Communication circulation
  • Document and data management
  • General administration tasks
  • Receive phone calls from customers and suppliers for orders and queries
  • All other duties as directed by Customer Service Manager

To be successful in this position, you must have experience in the following:

  • Pleasant phone manner and positive attitude
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast & accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent organisational time management skills
  • Computer literate at an intermediate or higher level
  • Working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions
