Baumgartner Super is a leading provider of SMSF audit services throughout Australia. With an expanding workforce we are looking for someone with the skills and experience to become the heart of our team. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly deal with the day-to-day operation of the team and the regular projects that come across their desk. They will have a friendly personality and be able to juggle the needs of the team, directors and clients.
Reporting to the businesss leadership, this role involves juggling an individual workload within the demands of the teams core daily administration duties whilst also managing an administration team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years previous experience in an office/administration manager role within a client service environment, with experience in managing a small team. An ability to work autonomously, the successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and maintaining a positive and cohesive team environment. Previous experience with MYOB is an advantage.
