An exceptionally rare opportunity to join the BOS team as an Executive Assistant to our Director Dean BOS in our new vibrant & contemporary sales office in the Liverpool CBD next to Westfield's.

You will be personally assisting & mentored by one of the Country's best agents who has recently been featured on the front page of the Herald Newspaper, amassed over 30,000+ social followers & interviewed live on TV regarding the success of our agency. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Social & Digital marketing management 
• Print marketing management
• Team liaison
• Listing preparations
• Assisting with appointments
• Answering phone calls
• Auction preparation
• Liaise with solicitors
• Database management
• Follow up prospective purchasers
• Open for inspections & private inspections
• Day to day office management
• Enquiry management
• CRM management 
• Paperwork & filing
• Other tasks as requested 

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 1 year Industry Experience
• Divers licence and vehicle
