SALES COORDINATOR

Haar's Nursery, located on the Mornington Peninsula, is a leading wholesale plant production nursery specialising in flowering plants, herbs and vegetables supplying one of Australia's leading retailers. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This important role is to support our Sales  Department in all activities required to ensure that Haars Nursery can adequately service our customers needs.

You will report to the Sales Manager and be a key part of our Sales effort.

The successful candidate will communicate with clients and continue to build and maintain positive relationships, attend weekly sales meetings and perform tasks related to the outcomes of the meetings, prepare reports, newsletters and submission, update and maintain websites along with other duties.

The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrated the following attributes:

• Good communication skills and a professional manner
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task
• Excellent computer literacy - ideally deep website experience including transactional websites
• Highly motivated with good initiative
• Want to work hard and get promoted

Experience or an interest in plants/gardening is desirable however not essential.

This is a fulltime position with unlimited opportunities for the right candidate. Flexibility during peak periods is required.
