As a KOJA Sales Representative, you're a passionate individual whos driven to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding support to our customers.

About the role
You will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for building KOJAs wholesale customer base in independent supermarkets, health food stores, gyms and cafes.
Enjoy a role that offers you a combination of time in the office (Highett), with regular on the road travel, around Melbourne, meeting with new potential customers (some occasional interstate travel may be required). You must have access to your own vehicle and will be reimbursed per km for all travel costs.
What your day might look like
Engage with potential wholesale customers via phone and face to face through referrals, networking and cold calling to establish new KOJA stockists.
Meet with existing accounts to ensure ongoing relationships are maintained and to introduce new product ranges
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain the CRM system with accurate customer details and file notes.
Our Melbourne based company was founded in 2014 by Kate Johansson after leaving a career in the supplement industry to launch a range of healthy snack bars. Our Mission at KOJA is to plant real snacks into the hands of people who are tired of food that tastes like cardboard and provide them with the actual nutrition they need, nothing else.
What are we looking for
Along with passion and drive, we are looking for the following skills and attributes:
Clear communication and negotiation skills
Selling experience in a retail environment, FMCG or similar industry
Understanding of fundamental sales processes and reporting
Eager to represent our team values; energy, teamwork and a positive attitude
