Junior Paraplanner- $50-65,000 Plus Super

This boutique holistic wealth management firm focuses on strategic advice for a variety of clients, and has been established for over 20 years.

They have a very dynamic and stylish office environment and state of the art technology to make employees lives much easier! The also offer flexible work hours, and the opporunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.

Unlike some financial planning businesses, this boutique provides a true fee for service advice model and are very "high touch" with their clients, contacting or meeting them regularly

The purpose of the position is to provide professional and proactive support to the Paraplanners and Advisors, to enhance the client relationships and ensure they are well equipped to service their clients as per the practice service standard. 

This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintain up to date PDFs and Fact Sheet PDF Research for all APL investments
• Initiate and confirm Preparation and submission of all investment trades 
• Search and confirm details for clients via third party authority data collection to ensure information in Xplan is accurate for new and existing clients
• Ensure client files and Xplan profiles are kept up to date, and data in Xplan is up to date in preparation for client Regular Planning Meetings
• Preparation of Wealth Management Review reports to be presented to clients in their Regular Planning Meetings 
• Initially, the preparation of Records of Advice, over time to include the preparation of Statements of Advice
• Implementation of Statements and Records of Advice for New and existing Clients
• Xplan Tracking, Xplan Tasking, Implementation Tracking
• Liaising with Advisers, Clients and B2B partners
• Contribute to ongoing Systems and Process Development
• Management of main office email

To be successful for the role you must have some experience working in a professional financial planning business and a desire to learn and develop further skills

If you haven't had experience writing SOAs before that wont be an issue, this business is prepared to train and upskill the right person
