The Role

As a New Homes Sales Qualifier, you will be the liaison between our potential customers and our New Homes Sales Consultants. You will provide exceptional customer service, establishing rapport and seamlessly coaching through finance eligibility criteria.

Your role will include but not limited to:

• Represent and promote the Company through outbound calls from customer enquiries.
• Booking customer appointments for the New Homes Sales Consultants.
• Liaise with finance team to establish finance eligibility.
• Liaising with New Homes Sales Consultants and management.
• Accurate and timely management of enquiries and lead management system.

You

To succeed in this role, you will have the following attributes:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales experience or finance experience (essential)
• Sales qualifying, telemarketing or finance experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with working hours & able to work unsupervised from home
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
