About Allied Care Solutions

Allied Care Solutions is a consultancy business, which provides individually tailored, care focused expert allied care services (physiotherapy and occupational therapy) to the aged care sector.  Allied Care Solutions provides residents with industry leading care and pain management programs aimed at improving quality of life through mobility, independence and greater functions of daily living. 

We work with aged care organisations based in regional and remote locations throughout NSW.

Due to recent growth we are now seeking an administrator with aged care knowledge and experience to help support the administration function of the service.  You will support the management team and provide an effective admin support to help ensure Allied Care Solutions can deliver its services in a timely manner.

The Role

  • Support management with resource allocations across all aged care facilities 
  • Manage initial telephone and email enquiries from clinicians and clients regarding services  
  • Support management with sourcing, screening and shortlisting job applications 
  • Oversee employee and team communication to maximise engagement
  • Develop and maintain administration procedures for keeping employee details, registration, annual leave and visa requirements up to date 

To be successful you should have

  • Previous experience working in a similar administration role preferably within the aged care sector  
  • Qualifications in aged care, allied health or another related field highly regarded 
  • Knowledge of aged care, Allied Health National Boards and AHPRA highly regarded
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaing office procedures 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills       
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
