Previous experience in general office administration & reception
Scheduling of tasks for consultants and appointment maintenance for all staff
Advanced organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and reassess priorities at short notice
Outstanding customer communication, service skills and attention to detail
Confident manner and a flair for determining customer needs
Knowledge of IT systems and enthusiasm towards IT generally
Excel, Word & Outlook skills
Ability to present a professional corporate image
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Sales and data entry in MYOB
Monitor and respond to webchat
This is a part-time position (15 to 20hrs per week afternoons) with the flexibility to do additional hours when required.
