Pivotal role with a variety of Accounts and Administration related duties, Supportive & friendly work environment / Building & Construction industry, Permanent P/Time -- 4 Days per week.
Maxispan - Steel Frame Manufacturer
Maxispan is seeking to employ an experienced Accounts & Administration Officer on a permanent part time basis (4 days per week) in the northern suburbs. This position has become available due to an employee relocation.
Working closely with the drafting, production and finance teams you will have a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service to our internal and external customers. The work will be varied and will require a high level of skill in order to prioritize and meet required deadlines.
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and Job/Project costing is a requirement for this role. Those applicants with experience with MYOB accounting software will be highly regarded. Your proven ability to make sound judgements under pressure and experience in the use of MS Word and Excel spreadsheets is a requirement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive 'can do' approach, be highly motivated to achieve and will take great pride in their work. Prior experience within the building and construction industry is desired, but not essential. Exceptional communication and numerical skills will ensure your success in this role.
