PANEL SHOP MANAGER

Abbotsford Body Repairs is a long established inner city prestige vehicle repairer with major insurance company recommended repairer status and factory badge endorsements

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable and experienced manager to join our team.

Duties will include:

• General running of all operations
• Managing a staff of 12
• Quoting
• Uphold high calibre customer service
• Liaise with all customers on assessment, supplementary and completion
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Process and carry out vehicle arrival inspection
• Carry out part orders and sublets
• Manage consumables
• OHS

Applicants must have:

• Experience working with iBodyshop, ORM, Audanet and Partscheck
• Be qualified in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting
• High level attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer focus
• Maintain company relationships with insurance companies, dealerships, businesses and direct customers
• Current Drivers Licence
