Lets Talk About the Role!

Our Customer Success team is growing and were looking for two of rock star Customer Success Managers in Melbourne to join the ranks of our ever-evolving team! Youll be tasked with the exciting mission of leading and driving the growth of key strategic business accounts to help us maximise our brand awareness out in the hospo industry, as well as upselling additional products, and constantly liaising with our current accounts to ensure that were one big happy extended fam

To put it bluntly, we are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed. Being a people-person is essential! Youre a relationship focused individual and nothing makes you happier than building rapport with HungryHungry accounts and making sure that they are constantly set up for success on every front. 

This role calls for a natural problem-solver - someone who loves to stare any issue in the face and deal with it head on. Always one to jump at the chance to roll up those sleeves of yours and get your hands dirty - you are the living embodiment of resilience and mental strength

Youll find that you may make onsite visits to support your portfolio of venues and become an extended part of your venues operations, but youre very much still part of the HungryHungry team. As a start-up, were extremely collaborative - you'll not only be working with our Customer Success team, but also teams like Product, Sales, Customer Care and Onboarding - because teamwork makes the dream work!

 

If you were part of our forkin awesome team last month, you would have been involved in:

  • Established relationships with venues to increase their revenue stream. Fun fact: HungryHungry increased Bang Bangs revenue by double in the last month!

  • Touched base with each of your key accounts to talk implementation and strategy. 

  • Conducting numerous onsite visits with various venues to make sure that our customers are happy and are utilising the HungryHungry product to the best of their abilities.

  • Getting your hands dirty and supporting our Onboarding team with the technical onboarding of our newest venues to help with the increased demand of venues joining our cause since the reopening of Melbourne.

  • Being the point of contact for any technical issues that may arise - you would have been the unsung super hero for our venues!

LOVE problem solving. There is nothing quite like the thrill of putting your thinking cap on and coming up with the most effective and creative solutions for your accounts. The idea of being able to take a cross-functional and collaborative approach to fulfilling your venues needs - priceless

You know....

The ins and outs of how to project manage like a pro. Youre cool, calm and collected when dealing with a high volume of accounts at a time because you have mastered the art of organisation and prioritisation

You are 

A true blue tech fiend. You absolutely eat up everything about technology and like to stay on top of trends. You can switch between software and hardware like a pro and absorb new knowledge and skills in the tech space like a sponge.

You feel

Insanely enthusiastic about the importance of being proactive on every front. You know it's important to be one step ahead of the game at all times. You resemble a Jedi using the force to map out the best move for your accounts, as well as HungryHungry. You dont have to see it - but you can feel it.

LOVE hospitality. Your passion for this industry is unbounding and you want nothing more than to help them succeed.

Have prior experience and access to a network in the hospo industry. This is a major PLUS and we want you to brag about it!
