A clinic where practitioners and administration staff offer the best in personalised healthcare in a relaxed, caring and friendly atmosphere. Our practitioners specialise in the areas of Naturopathy, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Bowen Therapy. 


About You: You are experienced in all facets of administration, be a super star with computer programs such as outlook, excel and word. Having a genuine interest in Natural Therapies, learn quickly, be open-minded and have initiative.

The role includes:

  • Responsibility for the daily operations of the practice.
  • Maintaining and developing systems and processes to ensure efficiency in the workplace
  • Front desk reception.
  • IT Support.
  • End of day reconciliation.
  • Assisting and implementing strategies and processes that promote the growth of the practice. 
  • Promotion and marketing of the business. 

Some key requirements include:

  • 5 Star quality patient service, admin support and interaction.
  • Vibrant, warm personality with an enthusiastic and healthy take on life.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Highly efficient with computer programs such as Online Appointment Diary, Practice Management Software, Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in marketing ans promotion through social media and other platforms.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
