As a Sales Consultant at Infinity Coaching, you will be responsible for:
Developing relationships with clients including university students, fresh graduates, and young professionals;
Ability to proactively identify sales opportunities and consistently meet required sales targets;
Ability to prescreen and work with marketing and product team to implement sales strategy;
Ability to manage sales projection, and forecasting activities;
Evaluation, and continuous improvement of the sales process;
Building a good understanding of clients' key challenges in their career development or job search, and assess their career objectives
Recommend tailored career coaching programs to help the clients achieve their career goals;
Ability to build empathy with clients and proven track record in providing post-sales support;
Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Infinity's commercial performance;
Promote Infinity Coaching brand at online and offline events including career seminars and networking functions;
Generate new and repeat business through the creation and maintenance of positive customer relationships;
Follow up on job application status of clients and update records in CRM
Candidates we believe are successful in the role have these skills and qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end sales process
Track record in achieving consistent sales performance
Experience working in a dynamic start-up environment will be highly regarded
A passion for helping international students and new migrants in achieving their career goals
Strong personal integrity, and ability to become a valued advisor to clients, and an ambassador for the organization
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities from diverse cultural backgrounds
Familiarity with WeChat, LinkedIn, and CRM system
Full working right in Australia
Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin is preferred
