Key Responsibilities

Develop a professional working relationship with clients

Manage a portfolio of 30 45 staff

Manage and maintain cleaning services on site to ensure continued customer satisfaction

Keep clients fully informed of cleaning activities planned and carried out on site

Ensure any variation to the scope of works is processed promptly and efficiently

Ensure site QMR inspections are conducted (at least once per month for each site) or as per contract requirements.

Ensure all personnel are thoroughly trained in, and conversant with their duties, and that those duties are executed in a proficient and professional manner to meet contractual and safety obligations. This will include assisting with the coordination of site-specific training.

Counsel, guide, discipline and develop staff in accordance with Company policy as detailed in the Business Management System

Cooperate with the Recruitment Coordinator to maximise recruitment or other incentives.

Supervise and/or assist in site cleaning when relief staff are unavailable or during vacation clean

Review management reports generated from the database including QMR, HSE, external audits and carpet cleaning.

Compliance :

Compliance with all requirements of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA).

Occupational Health & Safety :

Maintain safe work practices and a safe work environment by complying with all state, corporate and legal responsibilities under the Occupational Health & Safety Act, 2001.

 

Essentials:

National police check (or be prepared to attain one)

Australian Work rights

Already hold, or be prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance

Current and relevant Drivers Licence

Competent in carrying out HSE

Risk Assessments

Incident Investigation

 

Desirable:

Leadership ability - leading by example.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels

Sound knowledge of cleaning industry
