About the role

 

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Supervisor that is looking to join a committed and professional team.

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide 'first point of contact' support (incl escalations) for all Sale & Customer Service team member enquiries
  • Be responsible for the Queue and Case Management as well as the outbound sales programs.
  • Systematic review of reporting and staff workloads
  • Assist with calls and orders as required
  • Provide support to team members to ensure strategic training and development objectives are met to help staff maintain or improve job skills
  • Participate in and actively deliver the Call Quality Program
  • Market and promote Criterion Products and Services to the team
  • Document and review processes and information to drive team efficiencies and improve Customer Experience 
  • Work with other Supervisors/Managers within Criterion to ensure consistency across delivery and streamlining of information, processes and procedures
  • Participate in and support induction Training and Performance review programs
  • Maintain and process all necessary team administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Maintain open and clear communication channels throughout the business to ensure information is flowing into the team, and to raise issues to the Department Managers where appropriate

Skills and experience

 

  • 3+ Years Experience within Construction and/or Manufacturing industries
  • 3+ Years working within and/or managing inbound & outbound sales/service teams.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and competent decision making and negotiation skills
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive information
  • Ability to handle pressure in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify relevant and critical training needs
  • Ability to receive, embrace and action feedback
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft products and the ability to converse with team members who possess varying degrees of IT knowledge
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of training facilitation
