New Home Sales & House and Land Coordinator

About the business

My client is an established volume builder in the western and northern corridor of Melbourne with displays in prominent estates. We are looking to expand the business by creating a sales team to capture the market.

We are looking for a New home Sales Consultant to manage and sell from a display and a House and Land Coordinator to build relationships with land developers and sales agents.

About the role

As a key member of the business you will achieve targets, develop and build customer relationships and uphold the company's values and reputation. We offer high-quality, impressive designed homes, and are passionate about providing the best outcome and experience for our clients.

Skills and experience

  • Have new home or land sales experience but not essential.
  • Have an outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and people skills.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing your pipeline of leads.
  • Think outside the box to assist clients.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Have a proven ability to manage and maintain positive client relationships with exceptional customer service and prompt follow up.
