Admin / Accounts Role

Our Office Plant Hire company based at Annangrove is looking for someone to join our friendly Admin team.

This position is a permanent part time role 28 hours per week - working 4 days per week Tues & Wed 9am - 5pm, Thurs & Fri 9am - 4pm.

Duties include managing our client data base, monthly invoicing, month end processing, processing receipts, monthly reporting, cover for reception each afternoon from 3.30pm, stocktakes as well as other Adhoc duties.

Admin and Accounts experience preferred.

We are based on a rural property and ideally this would suit someone fairly local with their own transport.
