We are seeking empathetic individuals who have an inquisitive mind to manage a portfolio of life, disability insurance and income protection claims.
This role will require you to use your analytical and investigative skills to make assessment decisions on the outcome of claims and communicate those decisions to customers.
Using your ability to empathetically communicate with individuals going through a difficult time, you will have a meaningful impact on your customers' lives.
You will be supported by an intensive in-house training program, providing claims management skills and knowledge, as well as the development of innovative claims strategies.
