Leading Specialist Medical Advisory Group, Exciting part time opportunity (2 days per week) in central Brisbane's CBD, Terrific team work environment.mlcoa is an established premier national provider of independent medical opinions and specialist services to insurers, private and government employers/departments, self-insured companies and the legal profession. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person with a high level of attention to detail to join our team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you would coordinate and deliver, as a member of a client services team, a range of high quality, client focused business administration support for the provision of independent medical services.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Undertaking accurate preparation, maintenance, filing and archiving of examinee files and records
Reception duties which involve face to face interactions with clients and specialist consultants. Answering phone calls and providing administrative/ chaperone assistance as required
Compiling and providing examinee information, records, diagnostic material and any other documentation for our team of specialist consultants.
Administration support for the Client Services team including archiving, scanning and filing, actioning customer/client phone queries and communications, making customer bookings
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including mlcoa medical consultants and staff, clients and examinees.
Supporting the day-to-day operations
To be successful for this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience working in a similar position
Experience working in a medical practice or in claims/injury management (Desirable)
Be able to provide exceptional customer experience in all communications
Strong attention to detail and follow up
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
High regard for confidentiality
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Hold a strong team ethic and ability to work closely with others within a professional capacity
