About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Consultant is responsible for assisting in the execution of the marketing strategy and supporting the activities of the marketing department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the creation, monitoring and optimisation of on-brand content for print and digital platforms such as advertising, eDMs, blog articles, publications, and business templates
  • Manage a content calendar and community management for the firm’s website, social media platforms and eDMs
  • Support and execute against the corporate marketing calendar, including sponsorships, events, campaigns and content
  • Coordinate suppliers, workbacks and execution of marketing projects, campaign content and collateral
  • Provide marketing administration support to the team as needed

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years marketing and/or communications experience in a similar role
  • Business, Marketing or Communications Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with Wordpress CMS, Mailchimp and Eventbrite
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (not essential but highly regarded)
  • Experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • A team player who is self-motivated and adaptable

The role is being offered as a full-time 13-month maternity leave contract.
