Accounts Officer Payables (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are seeking an Accounts Officer Payable to work in a full time fixed-term (15 months) Maternity Leave Cover position.
Reporting to the Group Accountant, the responsibilities of the role will include.
- Matching Invoice to purchase order
- Invoice General Ledger coding
- Processing invoices and reconciling statements
- Managing vendor queries
- Preparing payment run
- Landed cost conversion for overseas suppliers
- Credit card reconciliation
- Cost Reporting
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Accounting or working towards tertiary qualifications
Sage 300 experience highly desirable
Previous experience of a minimum of 1 year is a must
Have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
Have enthusiasm and proactive mindset around systems improvement.
