Administration Assistant

Suncoast Fresh is a market leader in the wholesale produce industry. With facilities across Byron Bay, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, our team of over 80 people work together to source, supply and deliver quality produce and service to local, national and international businesses.

Due to our success and growth, a position is now available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our awesome team located at our Byron Bay facility. This role will suit a self-motivated and driven individual who is willing to learn and expand their skill-set.

This position will cover 4 - 5 hours a day approx 9am start  Monday Friday 

The position:

  • Reception duties
  • Meet & Greet customers and guests
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Data Entry
  • Filing/ Archiving
  • Directly supporting the  Manager

Role requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years admin/ customer service experience
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Be adaptable and willing to learn new processes and procedure
  • The ability to work in a team or autonomously
  • Current licence and own transportation

Exposure to the Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Industry would be advantageous although not essential.
