HR Coordinator

The Position:  
Working as the HR Coordinator you will be reporting to the National HR Manager in this newly created position.  This varied and all encompassing role will highlight the need for strong interpersonal and organisational skills as you will be responsible for supporting the business with all WHS duties, coordinating and assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process and process all payroll for the business on a national level.

The Responsibilities: 
Some of your actual responsibilities will include; 
  • Working with line manager to prepare and update position descriptions
  • Facilitate the recruitment process including; advertising, screening and shortlisting positions
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Administer employee exit interviews
  • HRIS Administration
  • Manage employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Process monthly and fortnightly payroll
  • Assist staff with any payroll enquiries
  • Manage staff entitlements, bonuses, personnel files 
  • Complete accurate payroll reporting
  • Other HR based projects


The Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must possess;
  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
  • Highly organised, excellent work ethic and self motivated
