Based in Mt Lawley, we are a well-established and reputable accountancy firm that provides advice in the areas of accounting, taxation, business services and superannuation.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join the team. This role would ideally suit a recent Year 12 school leaver looking to enter the workforce on a full time basis.

Role requirements will include but not be limited to;

  • Greeting clients
  • Incoming calls and messaging services
  • Mail, courier and banking duties
  • Boardroom and meeting room management
  • Maintain office space and office amenities  
  • Provide support to directors, managers and accountants
  • Adhoc general administration duties as directed 

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

  • Confident and friendly manner
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle
