Administration/Sales Officer

Pathway Homes is an established building company and is seeking an all-rounder to help with our sales and administration.

We are looking for a positive person with an eagerness to learn, who will be responsible for the following:

  • Data entry
  • Invoice and payment preparation
  • Reception duties answering phones, invoicing, sending out appropriate plans & purchase orders, etc
  • Organising new home handover packs

Expanding on this role will be a component in sales. This will include the following responsibilities:

  • Sourcing land/new land estates
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create weekly new home packages
  • Building a new land estate database
  • Creating email mailouts & campaigns

To fit in with our expectations and culture, we are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Can-do attitude who enjoys finding solutions
  • Someone who would enjoy the split between administration work and sales
  • An eye for detail, consistency & accuracy
  • An interest to learn about the building industry which is important for discussions with site supervisors & company director
  • Enjoys working in a small team of 5-6 other staff members.
  • Valid Australian Drivers License
  • An adequate level of knowledge in excel, word, and other Microsoft applications

This role is based in Grange and is 8.30 am-4.30 pm weekdays.
