Business Development Manager- Fintech Financial Services

Our client is a Financial services Fintech that pride themselves on quality, convenience and customer service excellence.

Role overview:

  • You will focus on driving new client acquisition within the SME space
  • Manage a portfolio of clients which includes retaining and growing an existing client base
  • Whilst maintaining a broad industry base, the successful incumbent will use their own initiative to identify and target specific industries where they see a personal alignment and commercial reason
  • Meet and exceed revenue and activity targets

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a BDM with exposure to selling complex solutions (B2B sales preferred)
  • Drive and motivation to achieve sustained sales success
  • An initial understanding of FX markets would be highly advantageous although not essential
  • A natural networking personality who can foster referral partners with ease and influence
  • The ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of initiative and commercial acumen
  • Degree Qualification preferred
