Happiness Concierge is looking for an exceptional Project Coordinator to support all their projects run seamlessly. Reporting the Operations Manager, you will be at the very heart of everything that happens in the business, guaranteeing that all administrative tasks get done to the high standards that Happiness Concierge and their clients’ demand. The CEO, Rachel, prides herself on being best in class so you will need to share this goal.

The role will see you assisting with a diverse range of things; therefore, exceptional administration skills, sound communication and reliability is a must.

 

 Some of what you will be doing:

  • Creating appointments, zoom links and sending iCals
  • Drafting reports and briefs from project overviews
  • Exporting PDFs from the server
  • Updating the internal project management software (10,000 feet)
  • Providing progress updates regularly to Manager
  • Technical Concierge for virtual assignments (taking notes, organising breakout sessions,
  • sharing feedback forms)
  • Creating feedback forms in Squarespace / Google Drive
  • Administration support to the CEO
  • General administration as required

 

Skills and experience you will offer:

  • Be technically savvy and can pick up new technology quickly

  • A passion for administration and working behind the scenes to make projects happen
  • A strong drive to being best in class in all aspects of your role
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and targets
  • Flexibility – you are used to being flexible to meet the needs of clients
  • You will be well suited if you love and a fast-paced and varied administration role.
  • This part time role (5 x half days) is part of a virtual team who work from home.

 

It will be important that you are a self-starter who is organised, highly driven and results focused. With the ability to work closely with your remote manager.
