The above position requires a self starter with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Applications Skills.
Experience in MYOB or similar accounting software would be a definite advantage.
The person we seek must be honest, reliable & possess the right attitude to fit in with & compliment our existing team.
Duties will include assisting with:
Reception & Front office duties Accounts payable and receivablesQuote submissionsTracking & traceability of goodsMaintaining Quality Assurance
The person must also be flexible, have good time management & organizational skills, willing to learn new skills and improve existing skills & able to deal with confidential material
