Property Developer Marketing Manager/Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile marketing manager. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to build our brand awareness for both company and projects while managing and inspiring our team to drive sales conversion. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs in real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans and campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Ensure the alignment and updates of listings (i.e. domain.com.au), communications, and messaging across all channels (i.e. social medias)
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration with third-party agents
  • Undertake market research of competitor projects, and identify effectiveness and impact of our current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly
  • Extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Manage both company and project contents and updates for customer and internal touch points (i.e. EDM)
  • Create and maintain a high-quality image for our company and project on the website, and ensure all sales & marketing collateral (i.e. banners, billboards, brochures) is updated and available
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media to explore potential business opportunities
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Budget management

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 5+ years marketing working experience
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising, communications or associated disciplines
  • Experience with property development and real estate industry would be considered highly advantageous
  • Exceptional understanding of graphic design and other marketing collateral deliveries
  • Demonstrated experience achieving results
  • Strategic and analytical approach combined with strong problem-solving skills
