Administrator/Operations Coordinator - Solar Company

Thomas Electrical & Solar are in need of an experienced Administrator/Operations Coordinator with considerable experience who can hit the ground running and pick up the job as they go. The ideal candidate will also contribute towards the continued efficiency focus of our business while making the role their own. 

We are after someone who has a very keen eye for detail, and who is conscientious and thoroughly organised, as we deal with a lot of compliance and government/private agencies. Someone familiar with the solar industry would be an advantage, but we are happy to train someone outside of the industry provided they have extensive office management experience, as we are looking to hire for the long term rather than just a few months. 

Ideally, successful candidates will have all or majority of the following:

Extensive CRM exposure

Document management experience

Document control experience 

Some knowledge of the solar industry 

Prior experience in admin/office roles 

Strategic relationship management

Customer service

Compliance documentation recording and filing 

Variety of other day to day administration tasks
