Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient service to both the internal and external customers of our business.

We are currently offering a fulltime permanent opportunity to join the Zoetis Customer Service department. We are seeking someone who can work closely with a friendly, passionate team who strives to provide the best customer service in our industry.

  • Attending to regular phone queries from our customers (both internal and external)
  • Order entry and fulfilment
  • Outbound selling Upselling on existing orders
  • Actively upsell promotional packages
  • Monitor customer email correspondence to ensure responses and follow ups are within our service level agreement timeframes
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive outcome and experience for our customers
  • Build relationship with your aligned customers
  • Proactively assist our business to achieve monthly budgets and KPI's
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support the greater business
  • Maintain and build relationships with our customers
  • Work closely with our 3PL

The successful applicant will have skills in:

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Animal Health industry experience highly regarded
  • 2+ years previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong organisational and administrative competencies
  • Ability to problem solve
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive and proactive work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal daily direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work well with a team
  • A passion for people
