RUSSH Media is looking for a Brand and Campaigns Coordinator to join the team.

Youre an experienced problem solver. You are able to manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. You love data, and know your way around industry-standard metrics. Youre able to weave these insights into a compelling brand story. We need someone highly-organised, tech-savvy with the ability to manage expectations. Youll understand the importance of relationship-building and have a true love of spreadsheets.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Coordinate and manage the timely implementation of campaigns and all other paid activity across RUSSH Magazine and RUSSH Digital. This includes managing the logistics and delivery of native content, sponsored social and magazine advertising from booking right through to post-campaign reporting.
Assist in ideation, planning and pitching of campaigns and all other paid activity across RUSSH Magazine and RUSSH Digital. This includes crafting market pitches, media kits and using data to tell a compelling story.
Liaise with and manage key clients to deliver all paid activity, while ensuring a high-level of client satisfaction at all times.
Liaise with the internal content and design teams to ensure seamless production of advertising and sponsored content. This will involve setting deadlines, managing expectations, effective briefing and problem solving.
Work alongside partnerships, ad ops and editorial teams to ensure seamless implementation of sponsored content and advertising campaigns.
Be ready to troubleshoot campaign delivery, understand issues, catch them as they arise and problem solve efficiently.
Compile post campaign reports and editorial support reports for clients
Ensure artwork, assets and campaign deliverables are received by required deadlines
Assist the Publisher/Editor In Chief in creating media schedules, IOs and invoices
Support the Publisher/ Editor In Chief with marketing materials sent to clients
Implement, manage, maintain and continually update database / CRM system
Support Publisher in meeting coordination and presentations
Manage the Publishers commercial and brand meetings/ diary management
Monitor all paid activity ensuring to capture picture evidence to add to post-campaign reports
Daily and monthly competitor monitoring
Provide general admin assistance to the Publisher/Editor In Chief across all business functions
Required qualifications, qualities and experience:
- 1-2 years experience in media sales at a publisher or agency
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- An interest in fashion, beauty, art and music
- Highly organised
Highly desirable qualifications and experience:
- A tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or communications will be highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
- An understanding of social media, publishing and ad operations.
