The successful candidate as Administrator will be responsible for a range of functions, contribute to academic administration activities and document management
Duties and responsibilities include:
Provide high levels of organisation and management of administrative activities and documents.
Maintain accurate records on course administration particularly for the purposes of course accreditation.
Ensure accurate assessment and processing of all student functions across the course cycle including enrolments, study progress, course changes and completions, etc.
Ensure the accurate recording of student information using our student management systems.
Monitor student academic progress and performance.
Ensure an ongoing review and improvement of all administration processes and addressing the updates of regulations and policies.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Academic Manger including document organisation, information collection, data analysis, proofreading and report drafting.
Resolve queries and problems from staff and students accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop innovative strategies and logistics in academic administration functions.
Bachelors Degree in Arts or Literature
High level of written and communication skills
Efficient and highly skilled professional attitude and approach
Responsive and flexible approach, problem solving skills
A passion for engagement with students
The ability to prioritise work and to be able to meet deadlines
Highly developed administrative skills, e.g. document drafting and report writing.
