A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Agency Support Officer to join the professional, dynamic, and successful Elders Insurance team based in Adelaide.
We are looking for a professional, experienced, and motivated professional, who enjoys dealing with people and has excellent communication and administrative skills.
Reporting to the Agency Support Services Manager, the key responsibilities of the Agency Support Officer role includes but is not limited to:
Providing administration support for the internal intranet, including documenting and maintenance processes for Manuals, User Guides, Policies and uploading network communications etc.
Collection and distribution of incoming daily mail for multiple sites including Agency network
General administration support including but not limited to adhoc data entry, daily receipting and banking, printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing
Supporting Administration Team with processing new team member setup requests
Responding to Agency queries and collating required information
Packaging and arranging outgoing courier deliveries
Provide back up support to Reception
Your story so far
Previous administration experience in a corporate office environment.
Ability to effectively adapt to changes and adopt new work practices.
Strong customer service focus;
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and use initiative;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail;
Ability to document and maintain procedure manuals and user guides;
Experience in administrative support for an Intranet environment is preferred but not essential
Highly developed skills in Microsoft office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook;
An energetic and enthusiastic approach and a team work ethic.
1 years experience in General Insurance industry or Financial Services industry preferred
