Customer Service Coordinator

About the role:

As a member of the Customer Service Department, the Customer Service Coordinator will lead and manage the implementation of the Customer First Strategy across the organisation to achieve its vision of providing a customer service experience that is effortless, accurate and friendly.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in customer related field with extensive relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others to deliver new processes and organisational change
  • Demonstrated experience to lead others to achieve strategic objectives by always taking a customer first view point
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of judgement to make quality decisions
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Valid drivers licence

This is a Band 7 role in accordance with the Campaspe Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2019.
