Events 720 is seeking an administrative assistant who will be able to assist with general office tasks and business related tasks, as well as assist with providing quotations for certain areas of work.
Events 720 is an exhibition services company, that has also expanded operations to include outdoor dining and parklet construction as well as operating a brand that creates wooden toys.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn to join our team.
The tasks required from this role will be vary and will include (but are not limited to):
Finalising quotations for parklets and other easy to quote jobs
Liaising with customers about their quotation
General business tasks, sending emails or making phone calls to suppliers, customers or other business needs on an ad-hoc basis
Answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries
Liaising with stockists for The Wooden Toy Co (the wooden toy brand that operates under Events 720)
Working closely with Managing Director for completion of tasks as necessary
Any other admin based tasks for either The Wooden Toy Co or Events 720.
