Anyone who has seen the hit series SUITS will understand what I mean when I say we are looking for a "DONNA" for our Property Management business.
We are looking for someone confident and driven by success and achievement to join us in a full-time Property Manager Assistant Role to support us in the day to day running of our Property Management business. This may also suit someone who is looking to get in Property Management with a view to training to become a Property Manager.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 5pm (or negotiable to 4.30pm)
Duties will include but not limited to:
Being responsible for opening and closing the office each day Manage office supplies Learn all aspects of Property Management Do various appointments Share answering of call and help manage emails to the business Keep us all organized Data entry and file set up Design and creation of content for client newsletters Client service survey management Manage our website and social media Research and onboarding new programs to support the business Invoicing Bank reconciliation Creditor payments End of Month Processing Bond Disbursements Audits on our files and keys etc
Generally, you will take care of and manage all things administrational in our business with the possibility to also train to become a qualified Property Manager longer term (If that is something you desire)
You will need to be super organized, have amazing administrative skills, have a great can-do attitude, and want to help build and develop the business and keep us both time and financially efficient.
This role is to support the Property Managers in their day to day tasks. and requires a "can do" attitude with complete commitment to customer service.
