Snap Subiaco are seeking a committed professional who is passionate about customer service, to become the first point of contact for clients and complete the following duties:
Manage customer enquiries;
Determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions;
Manage existing accounts;
Support the sales representative in the delivery of quality service;
Assist in the maintenance of our customer management system; and
Provide input to business marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
An articulate and eloquent telephone manner and outstanding verbal communication skills;
The ability to think outside the square and have good business acumen;
Persistence, reliability and persuasiveness coupled with good organisational skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good business relationships;
Drive and self-motivation;
Experience in using Microsoft office packages; and most importantly
The desire and determination to succeed.
While print experience would be an advantage it is not essential as ongoing training will be provided. At the same time, having graphic design skills and experience will be a bonus for consideration.
