Client Liaison Officer

We are a reputable, well-established construction company currently seeking an experienced and motivated Client Liaison Officer.

The Role:

You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing a seamless customer service experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and managing workflow
  • Responding to all customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Providing clients with up-to-date progress reports before, during and on completion of construction
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Liaising with key suppliers

This is a permanent, full-time (Monday Friday) position suited to someone looking to grow and progress within a dynamic, friendly and professional team.

About YOU:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within the building and construction industry in a similar role is highly desirable 
  • Experience in interior design
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Mandarin / Chinese speakers highly desirable
